Inside the villa

A haven of elegance and luxury, Villa θ creates a sense of absolute magnificence in all respects. The interior design has an opulent character with vintage furnishing in combination with minimal lines in an earthly palette. The modern aesthetics of the Cycladic style is fleshed out with timeless stone and wooden elements, creating a rustic landscape that smells like home. The villa spreads over three levels with eight inviting bedrooms, ensuite bathrooms for each, two fully equipped kitchen areas and two additional WCs, in an area of 500 sqm. Villa θ can accommodate up to 16 guests.

Ground Floor

The ground floor has three bedrooms with a modern royal style, attracting you to smuggle and have a blissful sleep. The bright and airy open-plan space in crème tons of white, beige and grey comprises the living room with the dining area in the sight of the infinity pool blending with the Aegean Sea. The kitchen is coloured in total white, is fully equipped and has an additional dining table for four. There is also an indoor WC.

Upper Floor

On the upper floor is an isolated master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a rainfall shower and a private terrace with patio furniture; open your eyes, leave the blue to overcome you and feel reborn from its strength. This spectacular scenery will be at your disposal, for your eyes only!

Lower Floor

The lower floor includes four bedrooms and four bathrooms, a living room area, and a gym. The wooden decoration details in the rooms compose a peaceful and homely atmosphere complemented by the idyllic interior lighting. The living room has direct access to another private luxury pool. For travellers who love staying fit, there is a fully equipped gym to continue their daily workout schedule. Next to the gym is an indoor WC.

Outside Area

Entering the property, cobbled paths with olive trees and blossoming flowers will lead you to the whitewashed Villa Theta; everything is homophonous, harmonized with the character of the idyllic isle of Thira. There are two main entrances, one for the ground floor and the other for the lower floor. The entrance doors are wooden, resembling a castle’s entrance. From the first inside steps, you will realize that you are in a hidden paradise. An infinity swimming pool (100m²) seems to unite with the Aegean Sea, creating a fantastic scenery of shades of blue.

The scenery painting will surely rivet you when the sun rises; feel the uniqueness and the euphoric vibes of the view and make the sweetest reminiscences with your loved person that will lay on thick forever. Bask in the luxury sunbeds, relax in one of the seven different living room areas, or enjoy al fresco dining in the other two outdoor dining areas; one can transform into an indoor spacious dining room with a fireplace as an indoor shelter in the windy days. On the lower level, another swimming pool (25m²) with luxury sunbeds is added to the high-quality privileges of Villa θ that will elevate your stay on the top level.
